• To keep your hair extensions healthy and looking luxurious always use sulphate free shampoo and conditioner.
•  Detangle your hair before washing to ensure extensions don’t become matted. 
• in order to reduce pulling and tangles, keep head upright when washing, don’t rub or twist your hair instead, message the scalp gently with your fingertips 
• when You have finished washing, gently squeeze out any excess water and pat the hair dry. Don’t wrap your hair up in a towel, as this will cause hair to become matted. 

• always use heat protection spray when using heat on your hair extensions. 
• always use the correct hair brush to maintain condition. Either use a bristle brush or detangling brush to help reduce pressure on the bonds and roots. 
• never brush hair when wet, this will damage and pull the hair. 
• once the hair is completely dry, brush starting from the and new and work your way up towards the roots, all the time supporting the hair by holding close to the roots. 

• hair extensions can be straightened, curled, blow dried etc but bear in mind frequent exposure to heat will have an impact of the lifespan of your hair extensions. 
• again always use heat protection spray/ argan oil serum   to make sure your locks are Always in the best condition      

Any processes such as bleaching, dying etc will shorten the lifespan of your hair extensions. If you do choose to, be sure that it is carried out by a professional, as the outcome may vary due to the process that the extensions have already undergone. Please be advised altering the extensions by any of the above will cause the supplier guarantee to become invalid. 

whilst sleeping you toss, turn and rub your head against your pillow, this will cause your hair to Matt and tangle.  we always advise to use a silk pillowcase/ hair bonnet to help reduce friction and keep hair silky and tangle free, or braided into plaits.

extra care must be taken when hair extensions come into contact with chlorine, salt water, UV and heat as they Can cause light hair to change colour as well as leaving the hair extensions feeling dry and brittle, follow the below advise to ensure your hair feels and looks glamorous. 

• protector hair from harmful UV rays, always cover your hair to avoid direct sunlight. 
• sun cream/oils must not come into contact with your hair extensions as it can turn your hair pink/orange tones. Always keep your hair up in a bun so the hair does not touch any area where sun cream has been applied. 
• chlorine and salt water can make your extensions turn green. To avoid hair getting wet ensure your hair is put in a bun high up. If your hair does get wet washing immediately as it is incredibly difficult to reverse the changes.
